hey guys i think i finally figured how i wanna run my cycle any feedback is appreciated. by the way i 6ft tall 200lbs and about 12% Bf rightnow.
week 1-10 deca-300
week 1-12 sus-250
week 1-15 20mg ED nolva
week 12-15 clomid (how should i take or do i even need to take it?)
Yes, you need to take clomid.
Sus should be run EOD to get the full benefits of all the esters.

yes it is my first but i have been working out for 2 years religously and my diet is in check. how much clomid should i be taking?
Toss the Deca, run the Sust 250mg E3D and you have a good first cycle.
No need for the Deca this time around. Introduce one new compound at a time

300mg day 1
100mg for ten days
50mg for ten days
