I'm using fina between 100-120mg EOD How long would it take to start feeling it??? plus where is the best place to get those syringe filter those d@mn things are expensive!!!!!!

At EOD i'd say 7-10 days...those filters are pricey!
next week I'm adding test prop plus going ED
I'm with Mallet, takes about a week.
