Eq-Sust

Hi there:
I´m 154 pounds, 5´8", 23 y/o.
Thinking about doing first cycle just like this:
Each 5 days 1 shot of Sustanon250mg.(Polysteron from Venezuela)
Each 4 days 1 shot of Equipoise200mg.(Pesopesado200 also from Venezuela)
All this for 11 weeks.
I have clomid on hand.

I´ll appreciate any opinios about what I´m thinking to do.

well the sust needs to be injected atleast e3d. The eq looks good e4d is good. What do you mean you have clomid on hand. You are gonna run clomis at the end anyways. start the clomid 2 weeks after last sus injection. you might wanna get some nolva and take it 10mg ed to help with gyno and water retention

I would inject the sustanon at least EOD, JMO though.

bro, did you already buy the gear? if not go with test enanthate . it's a longer acting, single ester test that will keep you test levels even. sustanon should be injected EOD, E3D MAX. if you wait 5 days between shots of sust your test levels will look like a rollercoaster. you can even run the enanthate by itself for the first cycle. this will allow you to see how you respond to gear with a simple cycle. you should have nolva on hand and definitely use clomid for PCT. if you want to avoid bloat, use l-dex or proviron . good luck

like everyone said sust is best injected eod and at least e3d...start your clomid 3 weeks after last sust/eq injection...if you can get a hold of a single ester test like cyp or enan and run it like this...
wks 1-11 test enan or cyp 500mg/wk (shoot mon and thurs.)
wks 1-10 eq 400mg/wk
clomid PCT

I think i´ll try to sell my gear (sust) to some friends, or to keep it for future cycle........

Also´ll try to buy at least 13 enanthathe (250mg e/o) to use it each 5 days on my cycle with the equipoise ....

any other advices (training-eating-sleeping)...

I began to work this week, and i think i only will sleep 8 hours and have to train from 7:30pm to 9:00 pm, it is that ok?

If I were you I wouldn't mentioned anything about "selling" gear on here. Just a word of advice.

I know, but some people on here might get the wrong idea by reading the word "selling". Just trying to warn you, that's all.

if this your first cycle 500mgs of sus is good ( eth would be a wizer choice/blood levels will be more stable), people with more experence should do it eod

sus-500mg 1-12
EQ-400mg 1-15
EQ should be ran atlease 15 weeks

Shouldn't he run the sust at least as long as the EQ?? I think 12 weeks of both would be good for a first cycle.

Bro it is pretty easy, run it like this:

wks 1-12 EQ 400mgs/week (12 weeks will give good results)
wks 1-15 sus 500mg/week (should be injected at least EOD)

or

wks 1-12 EQ 400mgs/week
wks 1-13 enan 500mgs/week

Like popa said, enanthate would be a MUCH wiser choice IMO, because of the blood level stability and you only have to inject it once a week (better splitting the dose and injectin on mon and thurs though). If you choose enanthate you can do 1cc of each on mon and thurs. Enanthate would also make it easier for PCT because you can finish the EQ on week 12 and the enan on week 13 and then start PCT 2 weeks after your last enan injection.
