    best fat burner??

    my buddy asked me today what is best for strictly burning fat and i didnt know what to tell him bc i am always concerned with mass gains. so any help is appreciated. thanks alot

    diet and cardio...maybe some eca and clen , t3...

    I would stay away from the Clen , I have heard and read too many bad things about it. Very damaging to your heart.... I would go ECA or T3 if he strictly wants to lose fat and not worried about muscle.

    got to agree wit cardio,DIET, and eca stack...works great for me. I personally didnt like clen though

    Clen is safer than t3, I say use all three.

    Best point yet, drink water, drink more water, drink even more water, take a piss, and repeat this cycle all day long. WATER is a key ingredient in cutting up.

    cardio in the am with an empty stomach will provoke more fat loss than many supps out there. If he hasn't tried it yet give and ECA a shot, drink lots of water (not only does it makes you piss but it gives your stomach a full feeling), and if he is lifting, don't stop. The last thing you want to do is lose a ton of muscle. In the long run losing a lot of muscle will hurt him seeings how at rest the more muscular body will burn up more calories than with less muscle. Maybe increase reps while lifting so you can keep his heartrate up. Def try the am cardio thing though.
