First Cycle!! opinion needed!

Hi Guys!!

Think i need some answers and opinions here! :scratch:

Thought at first in this cycle:



Nolvadex(20 mg each dayfrom all cycle till end of clomid)
1.....SUSTANON/250 mg..........................
2.....SUSTANON/250 mg.........................
3.....SUSTANON/250 mg..........................
4.....SUSTANON/250 mg..........................
5.....SUSTANON/250 mg..........................
6.....SUSTANON/250 mg..........................
7.........WINSTROL..100mg........DECA..200mg
8.........................100mg.................30 0mg.
9.........................100mg.................30 0mg.
10........................100mg................300 mg.
11........................100mg................200 mg.
12........................100mg................200 mg.
...........(3 weeks after last Deca shot)......
15.......clomid day 1 Clomid 300mg(day one)
day 2 to 11 Clomid 100mg
day 12 to 30 Clomid 50mg


But since it's my first and it would be too long and maybe strong
thought in deca/Win basic cycle:

What do you think about both?


Two question:

-Shall i shoot deca every 6 days? Since i is 100mg/ml in the 400 days do i split them in 2 of 200each and shot one at later morning and other at evening?

-winstrol shoot ever two days? Should i rotate each shot for egxmple the arm?

Keep it simple.....learn to read your body's reaction to each gear over time.......not all together!

This is a perfect 1st cycle.....dont argue or second think it!

Test E or C

200-400mg per week for 10-12 weeks
anti e's
clomid for pct

if your diet/training/rest/suppliments are spot on...youll grow like you cant imagine....

age/yrs training/etc

To expand on what dent depot said....run the test at 200mg E4D. This will keep your blood levels constant. The cycles you posted above could very well be dissasterous!

I agree there.........he needs to research much more.........

there is a mistake... ate the end of the deca/winny cycle in the last winny shot, that would be 50mg :D :D :D

21 years
2 years training
75 kg-should be about 160pnds

Test E needs to be done E4D. Cyp is E3D. 10 weeks imho is too short, go 12 if you can. You had one thing right, the PCT for clomid. But make sure you add nolva 20mg ED for PCT. Read more bro before you start please or you will be kicking your self in the ass

And about aramidex for the whole cycle till the end of the second week of the last shot?

You cannot learn nearly enough by asking questions, if you don't have a good base of knowledge from the begining. We all started by reading this stuff...it really helps.

IMO, 21 years old with two years of training and only weighing 160 pounds....is not ready for gear.....you REALLY need to get your diet and your workouts in check before jumping on gear. Nobody likes to hear this, but it is best for you in the long run.

Deca cant be run w/o test, its dumb to do it. test should be your basic foundation of any cycle. and since its your first, you shouldnt be throwing in all these compounds.

Using Test E for a first cycle, I've read that most people inject 250mg E4D or (MON, THUR) with the PCT of course. Im about to start this exact cycle on Monday, but I'm throwing in Dbol. Run the Test E it's some good ****, do some research on it and you'll see for yourself. Or run whatever Test you want!!! TEST is TEST. Just depends on how often you want to inject. Good Luck Bro. male
age 27
weight 240 at 12% body fat

From some opinions i took, and since that i'm a light guy (150) should add
some weight with diet and when i'm on 185/90 pnds should be prepared to run some gear!
