I am looking at this as a cycle and I want some help. This is my first cycle in 5 years. I have these in hand.

Wks 1-10 EQ 200mg
Wks 1-10 deca 200mg
Wks 1-7 var 40mg/day
Wks 1-8 Winny 50mg EOD

I have Nolvadex , l-dex in hand

Alright your will ansolultey need to add test unles you want your girl pissed because you cant get a wood. I would take the eq for 12 weeks 300mg, along with the deca at 300mg for 12 weeks. I would also add test eth for 12 weeks as well.

You need test in there, EQ needs to be ran minimum of 12 weeks.......... I would either use Deca or EQ but not both.......... What were your previous cycles

I agree and would even drop the var from this also..jmo

I agree with Dabull and Mud. Do NOT run both DECA and EQ, and for the love of God, please add some Test in that cycle!!!! EQ will take 5 or 6 weeks to kick in so you need to extend it!

I don't have any test. Do I need to run Nolvdex if I'm not running Test?

YOU NEED TO RUN TEST. If I were you, I would NOT start that cycle until you had TEST!
Also, Winstrol can be run EOD, but I suggest you run it ED for best results.

yeah definetly get some test. If you are worried about bloat get some test prop, but it has to be injected ed. Or you could just get test e take nolva 10mg ed and liqui dex which will help with bloat/ water retention. and choose either deca or eq.

If you want it to be more of a cuting cycle prop, eq, and winny are awesome. If you want more of a bulking then test e and deca are perfect.

also what about pct?
