I am currently on the following, as per advice of someone who has a lot of experience, very low body fat, and is huge:
(once weekly)
DECA 200mg week
Equipoise 250 mg. week
Test. Et. 200 mg. week
Reforvit-B 200mg. week.
6'1", 218lbs, 12% bodyfat, and 5th cycle in four years.

Well, that cycle stinks. First off, you definitely need to run the TEST and the EQ or DECA higher. Don't run both Deca and EQ in the same cycle! If your running DECA make sure your Test is a higher dose!!!!
If your running this already,what do you want to know??
I wouldn't run EQ along side deca.......Also I'd have my test dose higher than the deca or EQ.........what about pct??Does your friend know about that??
IF this is your 5 cycle, You should be running:
Week 1-4 DBOL 30mg
Week 1-12 Test enan - 500/600mg (split 2 times a week 250mg x2)
Week 1-12 EQ - 400/500mg or you could be running the DECA at 300/400mg
Nolva - 10mg ED
Clomid for PCT
If I were you, I'd eaither take EQ or Deca, but not both. You should up the deca to at least 300mg/week or the EQ to AT LEAST 400mg/week. Either run one or the other (if you take the EQ try to run it for 12 weeks). As far as the test, I would up it to 400/500mg/week and the dbol at 30mg ED, while splitting up your doses equally during the day. You should only run the dbol for the first 4 weeks then stop. Make sure you have proper PCT too. Good luck bro.Quote:

I thought that Enanthate only needed to be injected weekly, regardless of dosage?
