i don't unless it is my turn to be at work but.....
11pm-7am - work - drink protein shakes and eat something healthy
7am-3pm - sleep
4pm - 11pm - more shakes / healthy high protein diet - a workout about 6pm....
11pm - go back to work.......
this is my schedule about 8 weeks per year......
the only difference is the time you sleep and work....everything else stays the same........viper
