As the board continues to grow and new members join up there's an increasing number of threads being posted on the wrong board as well as an increase in the posts that have shown a lack of any basic research. If you cannot spend the time to read up on what you are putting through your body then you dont deserve to be putting anything in to your body. Please make use of the search engine as much as possible. Look in the Hot Topics Section and once you know or have information on the topic you wish to ask upon, feel free to ask, you will benefit yourself much more this way.
