question about the post office

Got a letter today that said : sorry we missed your delivery and it told where it was from....am i getting set up or do i need to go pick it up.....

if you had to sign for it they may have left you a notice saying to come on down to get it....you contact whoever sent it to you and see if they forgot to waive the sig or you could just go and get it.....

I would go get it, Iv'e had to go to the post office because the package didnt fit.

I've also gotten notices like that in my box before because the package was too big to fit. I never had to sign anything, just go in and show them the notice and tell them what box number and you get your package.

bro, sounds like your good to go, like some of the other posts said..the package was probably too big to fit in a mailbox and the mailman just drops off a notice to pick up at local postal office...i got tons of these myself, should be no worries. best.

Go get it unless your sender did not use signature confirmation.

This happens all the time...It may have been to large to leave and it may have had a sig requ on it...I would do one of 2 things..On the slip you will see where you can have it left or u can call a number to get it redelevired...You are fine if you want to go pick it up as well..I have done this many of times, no big deal...PH

Thanks guys for the advice.....i ended up going to get it....and everything was cool....the only reason that i was worried was b/c the feds got my package......so i was just being extra cautious........
