Test E & winny Lil help here?

i am taking my first cycle of test depot 500mg a week, and i am thinking about taking winnie with it, i have 2mg winnie pills. when should i incorporate the winnie pills, and how much should i do. Please let me know what you guys think, this is my first cycle. thanks just let me know if you think the winny is a good idea with the test for my first cycle, and if not let me know why? thanks guys

most will say to stick with a test only for yer first. what about pct and anti e's?

yes take the winnys the 6 last weeks week 1 6 tabs per dey week 2 8tabs per day week 3 10 tabs per day same for the next 2 weeks then start to go down
on week 6 by 1 tab per day then stop

wk 1-10 test 400-500mg
wk 7-12 winny 50mg ED
wk 1-16 nolva 10mg ed
wk 13-16 clomid

no need to pyramid anythin!

this makes no sense...12mg of winny will do nothing, do not give ppl advice if you dont know what youre talking about...like Consistency said no need to pyramid anything, run it like he said if you have enough to run 50mg/ed for 4-6 weeks...

unless you take 50mgs of winny ed it ia useless.

my stats are age 21, weight 210, height 6'0 im not tryin to get huge on my cycle, im just lookin for some added muscle weight, and to get shredded, im not into bein huge i would rather be cut. right now i am in the middle of my 4th week of test, i am taking anti estrogens and i am goiing to take clomid right after my cycle

That was the worst advice on how to take winny orally I have ever seen.....If you have winny tabs and your gonna use them, you have to take 50mg ED, if your tabs are 2mg, then thats 25 a day realize that. I have a feeling that you wdont have enough to use it effectively, so if not save it for another cycle. And god, dont listen to whatever jumbled mess that was by that new guy.

actually man i have 2000 winny pills, and i have enough 500 mg test for 11 weeks so what do you think, again im not trying to get massive, just some muscle mass, and then rip it up. and yes i do realize i have to take 25 pills a day, im going to take 12 in the am, and 13 in the evening

ok sounds good... i would run it like this

wk 1-11 test e 500 mg (split twice a week)
wk 8-13 winny 50mg ed
wk 1-16 nolva 10mg ed

start pct 1 day after last day of winny. (300mg clomid i day, 100mg day 2-10 and 50mg day 11-21)
