    Myth or Fact:

    While on a cycle one shouldnt have sex or masturbate. The reasoning would be that you're trying to put more into your body, why waste it by letting it out.

    This is an old wives tale that was perpetuated with the first Rocky movie. Sex on cycle is a must. In fact, it's all I think about while on.
