The importance of using anti-estrogens/ how to avoid gyno and further explanation

For the time I have been in this board, one of the most talk about subject has been gynocosmastia. There are those who are serious and really do have it then there is the gullible fool who comes in here crying like a pansy that his tits enlarged to the size of his grandmothers. If anyone in here has had gyno side-effects then they shouldn't even be given any advice at all again. It has been said that with the right anti-estrogen protection, these sideeffects will be gone and its sad because there are many cheap people in this board that don't want to spend any major amount of money on anti estrogens, those are the same ones that will be posing for male bitch tit whore monthly instead of participating in any major local bodybuilding/fittness competitions.

What people must understand without going in depth is that these side effects happen when our estrogen levels are too high. The testosterone to estrogen male ratio ranges from 50:1 in younger males to 8:1 in older males, with that being said you will have an idea of how little estrogen you need. A person needs to know the diffrence between an aromatase inhibitor and estrogen receptor antagonysts.

Nolva and Clomid for example are estrogen receptor antagonists, which work by binding the estrogen receptor like estrogens do, but unlike estrogens they are unable to translocate to the nucleaus and activate estrogen responsible genes.

Aromatase inhibitors are the true blockers of estrogen. They work by binding the enzyme responsible for everything, aromatase. Aromatase catalyzes the transformation of androgens into estrogens by actually blocking the production of estrogens in all. Good choice for an aromatase inhibitor is arimidex and a natural one which people have no knowledge of is 6-OXO which is a suicide inhibitor(which in theory is weaker than any drug out there).

What should you use? That all depends in what your goals are during your cycle. First of all if you are prone to gyno, it is adviced that you take, both an aromatase inhibitor and an Estrogen receptor blocker. For some users, Arimidex and Nolva have helped at moderate amounts to a point where no side effects were shown and it is wise to take the Nov and Ar combo. 0.25-0.50mg of arimidex and 10-20mg of nolva daily during your cycle will keep you safer than sorry. After a week of being under these two drugs, I would advice you to go to a doctor and get yourself tested. Yes we do need to get tested everyonce in a while, we need to know what is going on in our bodies. If estrogen levels are high or too low then the user must make the proper modifications and continue from there.

Last word, no one in here should gamble with their health or should even let estrogen levels get to high. It is foolish to only use them when side effects appear, why bother in taking a gamble when you can use them in a daily basis as insurance. Not only are you hurting your gains by letting testosterone levels get low and estrogen levels get high but you are in risk of high blood pressure which leads to strokes or any heart related illness. If you don't want to spend extra money on them then put down the gear because you don't want to follow the proper procedures and not following the proper procedures will lead you to your tomb.

There is the potent inhibitory effect of estrogen on the hypothalamus, resulting in a shutdown of testicular testosterone production. Science has demonstrated that perhaps the most important regulator of testosterone production in males is estrogen. Estrogen sends a signal to the hypothalamus to shut down production of a substance known as GnRH. GnRH is a hormone that stimulates the pituitary to produce luteinizing hormone (LH) which is the signal that tells the testicles to produce testosterone. Therefore, men with elevated estrogen levels will have suppressed testosterone levels and perhaps even atrophied testes. If your levels are suppressed with high increases of testosterone, not only are you getting higher chances of having bitch tits but you will hurt your gains.
