I load up on protein creatin and glutamine, and train a day or 2 less as well as very up the repetitions... more higher rep stuff... dont want your cortisol level to rise too much... depends on your cycle though... peoples opps will vary but IMO i would back off a bit...

I train hard and i never seem to lose my strenth. I think alot of it is to do with the mind....(You feel low after a cycle so i think you should try and push harder)............JMO................

If yo dont use it, you will loose it. Train as hard as you can, very intense and heavy on or off cycle.

i've heard of some people looking at the first dose of clomid to start doing a very very low weight and rep workout... the line of thought is that then the clomid has the chance to restore your test levels make faster... for what it's wearth... it works well for some poeple... after that they hit it hard again
