I have read much suggesting every 3 weeks taking 250 mg test for mid months in between cycles to maintain mass till you start your next one ... how effective is this and will it cause less absorbtion on the next cycle making it less effective ?

250mgs of test every three weeks is worthless. (1)You wont feel anything (2)its going to delay recovery time (3)thats not how you bridge
just run your clomid and take a break bro. the tried and true method.
clomid and arimidex post cycle, maybe toss in some clen. a week or so after the clomid therapy is finished then you can begin bridging, but you want to do so with the least androgenic drugs available. primo/anavar/igf1/gh/slin.........you get the idea.
Unless your a competitive bodybuilder, have an enormous supply of cash, AND don't care about your organs and overall health, then why bridge? My opinion is if you don't meet the competitive criteria OR if you really don't care about your health then bridging makes the steroids into an addicitve drug. Coming clean is a way for your body AND your mind to handle the changes around you. If you always stay "on" one day you'll have to come off and your body AND your mind will be in such a devastated condition there's a good chanceof depression and other problems that you'll have to deal with. This is my opinion-just my .02.
