i am new here .i am 5.10 205 wanting to get cut up. i do not want to get real big just add a little streanth and tone up. any advice would be good.thnk

clean diet and cardio... try lower weight more reps also it may help you cut up a little

24yrs no cycle lots of friends are on different cycles lifting for 2 months have not increased a lot of size want to know a good first cycle short and keep size

If you want to cut up, you can look for posts on t3/clen /test cycles. With proper diet, thats a kick ass fat loss cycle

bro youve only been lifting for 2 months give it some time, diet/cardio are the keys to cutting up, while youre doing that research.....

2 months???? bro, you have a lot of achievable results ahead of you before you even consider AS. diet and cardio are your wonder drugs of choice at this stage. good luck
