    starting the sauce/ need a new workout

    i start my cutting cycle monday and was wanting to change my workout up because i havent changed in about 5 months.
    it looks somthing like this:

    monday-chest
    tuesday-back/bi's
    wednesday-legs
    thrusday-shoulders
    friday-triceps

    i want to know if i should change it since i havent changed in a while/ and when i do change i wanna workout that will spark a little growth in my arms.
    i thought of doing bi's and tri's together. need opinions

    BUMP, i was also wondering the same thing or if i should work out say twice per week (chest bi, back tri, shoulder leg.. then repeat)
    Sorry didn;t mean to highjack your thread just had similiar questions....

    why dont you try chest bis, then legs, then shoulders tri's, then back and traps. just a recomendation

    should i do that workout 2ce a week or 1ce a week??

    hey bro,
    here it goes, if I was you, I dont know how long you have been working out or your goal, but try this..i was just looking at your workout, and not to be an ass but it blows...you are only hitting each muscle group every 5 -6 days, way too long, you need to hit each muscle group every 48-72hrs, so that once you have recovered you hit it again, this should be at LEAST 2 per week, you could go with a total body work out every other day, this would let you hit everything 3times one week and 4 times the other, very hard work out, or do a double split, am and pm work out, if you cant handle the total body all at once, this is what all the pros use, you should really be thinking about this or anyone who is using AS, b/c you recover much faster therefore you need to hit that muscle again, you will grow like a weed..lol
