nolv or clomid for PostCycle

i have been told nolvadex works good for post cycle and same with clomid,
which one do you think is better?

also, i took test en for 10 weeks, so there was test shrinkage. Do I start hcg the last week of my cycle and then continue for 3 weeks. two weeks after my last test shot i start my nolv or clomid for about a month?
is this right?

Yes ,use Nolv and clomid for pct.hcg is use for longer cycles to restore testicular shrinkage,but not neccesary for short cycles like you ran.It is not used at pct,but before.Try tribulus at 4 gs ed,that should help.
