first off great board, best i have seen.
i will be doing a deca only cycle(my first cycle). i will be running deca at 400mg/wk for 8 weeks. i want to gain as little water as possible throughout the cycle. some people tell me to use prov and nolv together and others say just use t-3 for last 5 weeks. if anyone has some personal experience or advice on which to use i would greatly apprecitate a reply
my advice is to not do a deca only cycle. I've heard only bad things about those. if you're worried about water retention then stack it with some winstrol or equipoise, but defenitly stack it dude.

of redundant since deca and eq are similar on many levels:
both results wise and on the cellular level
deca is the best stacking drug meaning you can stack it with just about anything. if you stack it with the equipoise you'll get results of harder quality muscle gains. so if thats what you're looking for, go for it.
Stack it with eq youll be fine just hit 600mg per week of eq and 400mg per week of deca

deca only isn't the greatest cycle to be doing but there is nothing wrong with it. I myself have done a deca only cycle with decent gains, 12lbs and no water from what i can tell. But as they mentioned eq and deca are very similar so i'd go with one or the other and throw in a test as well.
i agree, did a course of deca only last year (up to 600mg per week) results were poor.
Best stack it with something else ie dbol, sustanon or test enanthate. This means you can lower the dosage of deca considerably.
