I need some ideas for a new cycle

Here's my stats.

39yo WM 6'1 3/4" 248lbs 17%bf

I'm going to have shoulder surgery on Feb 19th to repair my AC joint. I will lose alot of muscle mass while I'm in a sling and will want to regain it as quickly as possible.

I'm going to Mexico this weekend so I will have acess to everything made by QV, Denkall, Brovel, etc.

I already have QC Deca300, T400, 5,000mg of test e, 3000mg of test p, 2000mg test c, 2000mg of sten, and 90 50mg clomid tabs.

What would be something else to add to it?

im assuming this is not your first cycle. so i am going to give my opinion.

weeks 1-4: Test P ed
weeks 1-12: Test E 2x/week
weeks 1-11: Deca 2x/week
weeks 1-14: Novladex 10mg ed
weeks 11-14: Test P ed
weeks 15-19: Clomid 300/100/50
weeks 15-19: Novladex 20mg ed

I would throw the winny in there also, but not sure where. This way you can harden up at the end, and try to cut that 17% bf down. I didn't put the mg in for the Test or deca, i don't know what you ran previous cycles, knowing this would help better put a number on the dosages!

i think the prop would be a good jumpstart to your cycle, and a good finish. If i had to guess the dosages, i would say 75mg Prop, 500mg Test E, 400mg Deca.

My last cycle was a 10 week cycle of just test, something like this.......

week 1 to 8 250mg sustenon

week 2 to 10 200mg test e

week 2 to 10 200mg test p

week 2 to 10 100mg test c

week 10 clomid 100mg 2x's a day

week 11 to 16 clomid 50mg's a day

week 17 t0 18 clomid 25mg a day.

weeks 1-4: Test P 50mg ed
weeks 1-12: Test E 500mg 2x/week
weeks 1-11: Deca 400 2x/week
weeks 1-14: Novladex 10mg ed
weeks 11-14: Test P 50mg ed

weeks 15-19: Clomid 300/100/50
weeks 15-19: Novladex 20mg ed

I just sucks having to inject the prop everyday. That is the best way to take prop. Keep all you blood levels constant. If you never spotinjected, i say give it a try, its super easy, and you'll fall in love with it. if you already do, then slap me. Anyways, this is just my opinion.

Thats close to what I was planning. I was thinking about maybe some tren or stan, I don't know for sure. I'm not worried bout the money or if I can get it, because it cheap and plentiful in Nuevo Laredo.

I was planning on using some test p and c to start wit because they are so fast acting. I'll probably get clen and diet pills to keep from gaining body fat while I'm off work from my surgery. After the 2nd week I'll get the stitcks removed then I can start working out again.

I would just do a cycle var and eat right till your healed properly. No sense in risking further injury when the var will keep you from going catabolic.

Try some Humalog Insulin....
wk1-4 10/IU'S (twice a day)..4 wks off then back on for 4 more weeks
wk8-1210/IU'S (twice a day)
One right after workout(10-15min)..if in the morning@8am and the other in the afternoon at 5pm
