I am 24ys old. 205pds 5.10 i am trying to find the best first cycle to add streanth to my bench press,and all my upper body. My work out partner is on his 3rd cycle.He says sustanton 500mg a wk and Dbol 25mg a day,on an 8 wk cycle wood be the best.I have done a lot of research and don't if he is right.I want to keep the size after the 8 wks.Is Dbol good for the first cycle. Any help thnks.
