First Shot Ever, 150mg SSE test prop

Well, i gotta say, i've been waiting for this day for months. Pulled out a 22g 1.5inch pin (**** was that an intimidating site). filled yer up, did everything i've learn't from AR and stuck it in the right glute. The injection went very smooth. Didn't feel anypain while injecting, but its about 20 mins later, and thier seems to be a little bit of pain back thier.

I have yet to decide if i will run the cycle 12 or 10 weeks.

Stats
6ft
Wieght 200
BF 15%(donno its a guess, 4 abbs not six showing)
Bench 14reps 225 (i cant go for wait anymore to hard on the shoulders, not willing to hurt it before the season starts)
Squats 495 (hopefully get a few more reps, or mabey add a plate a side on this)
Calfs and ABBS are by far my weakest area's, so i'll be really trying to hit those to muscle groups. As well as the big ones of course
my goal of this cycle is 12-15lbs lbm

anyways my diet is in check, its not an ULTA bulk diet, but i'm hopefully all will work out. I've learnt a lot here over the last few months. Once again Thnx AR.

Congrats bro..........prop will take a little getting used to.I stick to the upper body with prop,but that's just me.
