GPZ rocks!

Wrong forum I know but this seems to be where the attention to online companies for gear users post and read on these subjects.

I wish every dang company I deal with on the net was as courtious as GPZ. For the umpteenth time I ordered some more pinz from them Friday night. Check this out. I get the package at my door monday morning. I almost tripped on it leaving for work. That's not all. Again they threw in a handfull of alcohol wipes and another amp opener for me. Man! You just can't beat that service for real bro's!

Their T/A is great but I was kind of pissed because they wouldnt tell me what kind of solution was in the 10g kit BA, BB or supersolvent. I needed to know cause all recipes are different.

Oh yah...that's the secret solution. Lot of companies wont tell you. Dont like that either.

ive had great service with them also...they only messed up one time and sent my order somewhere else...so in turn they sent me the correct order X 2....so i got like 500 pins and syringes for the price of 250...hell of a deal, and they dont question that they are at fault either....good co. IMO

I love GPZ. Every time I order, I get great service. I just had a similar experience. I ordered pins on Tuesday, and they arrived on Thursday. Unbelievable. They have the best CS out there, IMO.

There are a LOT of businesses out there that could learn a few things from GPZ. We are fortunate SOBs to have them. They are truly the best at what they do.

I only ordered from them once. Took about 5 days to get my pins but I got them and I was happy. So no complaints
