I'm starting the 5th week of my eight week test/fina cutting cycle and I'm starting to get a cold. Is there anything I can do about this, or is my immune system too low right now to do anything?

Just keep your health up. Take your vitamins. Get your sleep. Don't go play in the rain or snow. A cold shoudln't slow you down much. The flu, yes.
take some cold medicine. I'm guaranteed to get sick every cycle. I think its ethier the fact that i'm 29 and getting older or that i party when i'm on and my body just can't fight anything off at that time. But i take some meds and 1-2 day i'm better.
yeah you guys are right. It just sux doing a cutting cycle and not being able to do cardio cause of a cold.

The fina does the same thing to me....what I do when this happens is lower the dosage for a week or so, then jump back up to what I was doing when I feel better....this is one side effect of fina..it lowers the body's immune system making you more succeptable to colds....
take 2 aspirins before going to sleep and load up on vit c , in the morning you'll be totally over it ...
Getting the right amount of sleep is vital for your immune system along with a good multivitamin and supplemental vit c.
