    protein

    how much protein do i exactly need on a cycle?

    1 1/2 -2 grams per pound of body weight.

    so 1 1/2 will do. the reason i ask because with my work sometimes it hard to get all the protein i need.

    Yes bro,1.5 will work.............imo,the diet is the hardest part of a cycle.

    I agree with you on that one Bull, diet is the hardest part of a cycle. Whether is cooking all the chicken titties, preparing meals before you go out, the whole day has to be planned around eating.

    i agree. i take in at least 2grams/lb of bodyweight. IMO it depends on how intensely you train.
