how do yall do it??
hey guys/ im not on cycle but yall say that the best way to cut up is diet and cardio... i have been doing this but am losing muscle also/
how should i do this to keep muscle gained over the past year??

same thing was happening to me and i just stepped up the intensity in my workouts and i eat very clean. i actually dropped body fat and gained 10lbs of muscle, and i wasnt on cycle.
