painfull injection

I took my first injection of test prob on monday(100mg/ml ba is .5 and the bb was 1). I took it in my left tri and it is absolutly f**king killing me, theres a pretty big red spot around where the injection was and its kinda warm to the touch, not hot or anything though, does anyone know what this is from, anything i can do to help it or prevent it or is this just normal from test prob?

Prop hurts like a bitch, i did my by a couple weeks ago and woo arm turned red and everything, best advice is stay away from ur arms... WHat kind of prop are u using, and yes it does normally hurt especially if ur runnin QV...

should i just shoot in my ass, im usingtrenfactor labs prob, and i dont know what QV is?

it gets less painfull. Give it a week or 2. I notice if i inj real slow like 1-1.5 min per ml and take a hot shower and massage the hell outta the spot for like 15 min right after its alot better. Also i notice if you dont baby that body part itll get less tender quicker.
