Anyways, I eat about 3,000-3,5000 kcals a day about 200 grms protein.

I just want to get extremely ghard and vascular but I don't want to get bloated and most important my face.

Should I lower the doses of sus and eq, any thoughts?

I don't know why your pryimiding the dosages...?? Run it at all the same throughout..
And you really won't need HCG w/ this short of a cycle.
Test prop would be a much better choice considering you don't want any water.
But if your going to use sus then run liquidex throughout...

Like mbaraso said dont pyramid the doses. Take liquidex and nolva if you are worried about bloat. IF you are really worried run test prop instead of sust.

How about sust at only 500 and and eq at only 200 per week rather than a pyramid?

need more then 200 of eq a week..... 350-400 better

Ok so what is the end result, I need to do 500 of sus and 400 of EQ to get anything.

Should I run 20 MG nolvadex throughtout or get the liquidex or armidex-something.

Or should I just just run some some clen every two weeks.

Will the GH counter that problem?

If you want to decrease the bloat, then go to and treat the source of the bloat..... which is test conversion into estrogen. So if you decide to use AAS which readily convert into estrogen(s), then the use of appropriate anti-e's would be recommended. Or you could to choose to run AAS which mildly if at all convert into estrogen(s). But since you already have this cycle layed out, why not use anti-e's?

Obviously I'm not running 1000 MG of Test-E and D-bol and Anadrol so I am not quite sure if I need to run liquidex or armidex.

Would it be sufficient or more than sufficient to run 20 MG of Nolva ED or EOD, or even just clomid, or do I have to do liquidex/Armidex.

The big issue is that I work in a corporate enviroment and at a gym and as much as I will admit to what I am doing it does'nt mean that I want to look the part.

See the first time I did sus, I had the Omnidren's which made me so freakin bloated and puffy and nasty looking, granted my diet wasn't refined.

The second time I did Paki-sustanon and and my diet was very good, and my water retention was not really noticeable.

I'd like to keep it that way.

.25mg ldex & 10mg nolva everyday should work great, i have similar concerns and this is the way to go

Ldex is arimidex. You can start with low doses at 0.25/d and see how you respond. But remember that not all estrogen is bad. You do need some for maximal gains, and also remember the heart healthy effects of estrogen.

Running Prop/Fina/EQ and taking 0.5mg l-dex ed along with 10mg nolva ed... and I am pretty **** dry. I am never doing another cycle without running anti-e's throughout again.
