yeah I know bro.. I was just curious though I mean while on a cycle i have been told to eat 6 times a day if you can... but i dont think i can possibly eat 6 times a day i would have to force it down... but i was just wondering if an AS would help you get the increased appetite. hope that clears my question up a little bit.

Yes it will help you get increased appetite. Think of eating like this: Your body is a furnace. You have to keep shovling little bits of coal (food) throughout the day or it will burn out. If you just eat 3 big meals you'll just burn out 3- 3 1/2 hours later and still have at least 2-3 more hours before your next big meal. Hope that helps. Good luck on your goals though.

yea, your appatite should increase, but you should also stuff your face. Keep track of what you eat, check out the link in my sig. Its helpful! This way you know your getting enough food. If you don't feel like u can stuff your face, do a search on B-12.

Don't know if you should "stuff your face," but to get best reasults, bottom line is eating small meals throughout the day.

I eat seven times a day and am starving all day long. Only when I start to get to a really heavy bulking period do I really eat to excess.

yeah but like I said I cant even finish a whole plate of food for one whole meal. I think its because for 2 days I ate nothing but processed chicken that you heat in the over and french fries. Ever since then my stomach cant handle as much food. I dont know I think my body is weird like that

French fries will do that to you. But when people tell you to eat, eat, eat when your on a cycle what they mean is diet, diet, diet. Getting your diet down and eating clean is what will make all the difference in the world, not just shoveling anything in your mouth every two hrs.
