my next cycle
I am a relatively new user of steriods and have just finished my first cycle of dbol which on its own.
Before everyone starts, e.g. why didnt you run it with anything else etc. etc. i have never taken steriods before and i just wanted a taster of what taking steriods was like how i reacted to them.
And i thought i'd see how i took to the dbol and if i enjoyed been on the gear run another cycle three months down the track.
I made good gains in strength and muscle mass and i have maintained my strengh so far. I have been off the gear for three weeks.
I'd like some suggestions in relation to what to run in my next cycle, i would like to run a longer cycle e.g. 10 to 12 weeks. And i ideally would like to run dbol again for the first 3 to 5 weeks of my cycle as i have a few tablets left over from my last cycle.
What can people recommend to run, and what dosages etc with the dbol?
I am open to any suggestions

imo you need to lower that BF% a little....whats your diet looking like??
a first cycle would be something like Test-E @ 500mgs a week for 10 weeks and the dbol for 4 weeks @ 40mgs ed

Give us some stats bro, age, height, weight, bf%, then we can answer your cycle questions.
As well you sound new, make sure you take some time out searching and checkign out the educational forums, I imagine there is alot of info you need and that is the place to start.

Okay guys: i am 24years old, 220lbs bodyweight
And i am give about six foot tall.
I train three days a week without fail sometimes more, i am also a full time student so at times my diet aint the best. But i try to keep my diet strict monday to friday, and i have a cheat days at the weekend. I dont drink more than the recommended number of units of alcohol for a man per week. And do not smoke.
My bodyfat ratio is 16%.
I do cardio twice a week and i do a split routine
e.g. monday:
chest and biceps calfs
Thurday: Shoulders and tricep, abs
Friday: Legs and back
Any advice you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

Cycle advice
5 weeks of dbol 30mg per day and 10 weeks of 250mg of test enan (or 200mg test cyp) per week.
For your height and weight many would recommend double what I have just suggested, but I wouldn't go all out just yet. You are still new to juice and even after your dbol cycle you will have relatively fresh receptors (if you believe in that).
Next cycle you'll probably want to double up and/or consider adding some deca but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.
