    Steriod Diet

    I have just started a cycle of DECa -Winstrol ........my first cylce and my goal is to shed a bit of fat and add lean muscle. THe friend of mine who go the roids also had some advice on the diet. In order to lose weight I should limit my carbohydate intake but I don't want to lack nutrients while I am working hard in the gym.

    Does anyone have any ideas on a happy medium for someone who wants to burn fat, ( in order to gain definition ) but I don't want to under-eat or deny my body of the energy it needs to perform at a higher level.

    I know that eating a bunch is important during a cycle and my buddy gave my a diet that consisted of almost no carbs, only a bit of oatmeal in the morning and brown rice later in the day. The diet consists of tons of protein, egg whites, tuna, protein powder, and more. What is a suffient amount of protein for someone who weighs 175 pounds??

    anywhere from 225-350 g of protein a day is sufficient, id go closer to 350 though...

    also, id throw some test in there if you value your sex drive: with your goals, id pick up some prop.

    I'd get some test in there also bro....recovery could be difficult.

    I would definitely add attleast 750mg of test per week during your cycle. If you use 500mg or less, you will experience some gains, and stomache bloat. 750mg or higher will help to lean you out, experience good gains, and minimize the bloat.

    As far as youe diet goes, I use a carb loading diet during my cutting faze. You want to take in atleat 1.5 grams of protien per pound of body weight that you want to weigh. Weeks 1-4 drop your carbohydrates to 200mg a day for 5 days, on the sixth day eat threee times your current body weight in carbs. This will help to restore glycogen leaves in your blood, that you loose during depletion. Weeks 5-8 drop your carbs to 150mg a day for 5 days, and on the sixth day eat three times your current body weight in carbs, to reload. Weeks 9-12/16 drop your carbs to 100mg a day for 5 days, and on the sixth day eat two times your body weight in carbs to reload. Make sure your taking in a healthy amount of vitammins and minerals to substitute your lack of nutritional value, due to dieting.

    Cardio should be done atleast four times a week. I do my cardio in the morning as soon as I wake up on an empty stomache.

    I stay about 8-10% body fat during bulking cycles, and by using this method I have consitantly drop to 3-4% body fat within 12-16 weeks.

    Also, intake most, if not all of your carbs before 3pm. The rest of your meals should consist of pure protien

    Do not drop your carbohydrates below 80grams a day. If you do you will experience frequent headaches, nausea, extreme lack of energy, lose of sex drive, fuzzy thinking, and major mood swings.

    If im not mistaken...doesn't deca cause a considerable amount of bloat in itself, so even in leaning out it will not appear that way. Also...I htink everyones always said a diet is the most imprtant thing and if you cant figure out that on yoru own maybe you shouldn't be doing what your doing. Steroids wont help you lose fat bro, only strict diet and some cardio in addition to your weight training. Lets hear your history as far as weight training and diet and cardio goes as well as bf% this way we can better help stear you in the right direction.

    I'm guessing that this is this bros first cycle, so why are you telling him to use 750 mg of test per week! thats too high. I wouldn't condone deca and winny, but if you do it and you are goin on spring break, I hope you got some cialis with your ancilliaries!!

    Yeah, wouldn't the more test just convert to more estro, leading to MORE water retention? And 750 does seem a little high.
