every year i do one 12week cycle the rest of the year i still lift but its on my own steam. the last few cycle i've started around middle of April, first of May and end up finishing sometime in the middle of summer. But this year i wanted to start at the beginning of March and stop around the first week of june. My ? is if i stop in june will i be able to mantain my size through the rest of summer or should i start my cycle later and end in july?
