I have just started a cycle of DECa-Winstrol........my first cylce and my goal is to shed a bit of fat and add lean muscle. THe friend of mine who go the roids also had some advice on the diet. In order to lose weight I should limit my carbohydate intake but I don't want to lack nutrients while I am working hard in the gym.
Does anyone have any ideas on a happy medium for someone who wants to burn fat, ( in order to gain definition ) but I don't want to under-eat or deny my body of the energy it needs to perform at a higher level.
I know that eating a bunch is important during a cycle and my buddy gave my a diet that consisted of almost no carbs, only a bit of oatmeal in the morning and brown rice later in the day. The diet consists of tons of protein, egg whites, tuna, protein powder, and more. What is a suffient amount of protein for someone who weighs 175 pounds??
