    It's been a while...Big Rush needs advice on his upcoming Anavar/T3 cycle!!!!

    Okay, I want to run Anavar /T3/Creatine...I would like some suggestions from you experienced Anavar and/or T3 people (NEVER done either)...I'm still a little cloudy on how to run T3 even after doing research on it....I want to run the Var for 6-8 weeks along with the T3 and creatine...I have been on a Keto diet for last month or so and have dropped 15lbs, bringing me to 196lbs...I want to be 185-190 shredded....Help me out bros!! I need advice!!!

    well it might be a good idea to throw some prop in there with the var.

    There's no need to throw any test in there............... Rush is using it to help shed bf while not getting catabolic from the T3.

    The T3 it's not so important when you ramp up but it's more important how you ramp down........ You want to do it slowly. Cycleon's post has a 20 day and 60 day example to follow.......... The var I would run at 20 to 25mg ED to help from losing muscle.

    also BR, there is a thread currently active on T3 and somebody elses experiences, albeit female and looking for different effects. The overdosing sides are the same.... except for menstrual irregularities... unless you have something you want to tell us!

    i would run the var more like 40mg ed. thats how i did it and loved the results.

    i ran my own var. got some powder and disolved it in everclear. sooo much cheaper that way. more money for food. which is what we all really need. i was already on prop 2 weeks before starting the var so my strength was already going up. the var hit pretty quick id say, but i began to fully realize its full glory around the 3rd or 4th week. i looked in the mirror every 2 or 3 days on my cycle and after about 4 weeks on var i notcied i could trace the vein alllll the way from my hand up my arm and onto my chest. it was friggin badass. var gave me vascularity that i never knew i had in me lol. i think the 15 i gained from the cycle was mostly from the prop. id say the var maybe put 1lb on me if that. but the strength and vascularity and hardness were not to be overlooked. i loved it. and will run it again. have fun bro

    if you are keto dark purple on the strips.. (you should be using them) your body will start to eat muscle...

    I was on strict for 2 months... lost 25 lbs.. but stayed at the same lifting weights..
    couldn't improve much while on this diet.. fitness wise..

    Am taking the var right now.. and having steady gains.. but i am also taking in the 500mg test cyp per week..

    Would be interested to see the effects that you have

    heavy keto diet, with the var only

    did t3..........it was ok.. kept freaking me out about the thyroid issues..

    so keep us posted.....

    here is what i have come up with so far:

    1-6 Var 50mg ED
    1-6 T3 (correctly dosed)
    2 weeks on/off - Clen /ECA for 6 weeks or longer

    Diet will be keto....no more than 20-30 carbs per day...with high protein...i just want to get hard and shredded....any thoughts? too short of a cycle? i will be doing weight training as well as cardio 4-5 days per week...maybe more
