Big And Lean,is It Possible?
What is the best way to put on muscle mass and still stay lean(reduce water retention)?Did deca @500mg/wk with decent results last year, want to try something else not sure what.

I'm very lean right now but my cycles a little on the experienced side. A couple of my buddies are doing prop/tren /winny cycles and they are ripped and big.

fina/prop cycle would probably work best. not gonna get huge real quick watching your diet and all!

i agree.....i would even put some eq in there.
the key is to be patient. u can have it over night.
wk 1-10 75mg eod tren
wk 1-12 400mg prop
wk 1-12 300mg eq

The best way to get big and lean is to bulk during the winter monthes and cut for the summer months. It takes 100 times longer to add lean muscle by itself.

Test, Winstrol , Eq = lean as ****. Dont forget diet and cardio.

Bro it also depends on what you think of as big. If you consider putting on 40 pounds as big dont count on being ripped but if you can do a cycle for 8-12 weeks and put on 12 pounds and think your big you can be ripped as sh1t.
