Has anyone else ever used...
Has anyone else ever used this formula to map mgs/wk?
Lean body weight (lbs) / 2.2 = daily mgs or x by 7 and get weekly mgs???
I ran this for at least the first 5-7years and made GREAT gains every time.
(It is just mg/kg lean body weight/ day)
I only post this because I see all of these bro's running wicked high doses out of the gate... they could grow on 1/2 the amount don't you think?
(as long as training and food is addressed...)

Alot of people do start out a little high. Who told you about this method?

Now as you do more cycles there is a % factor to use.
(receptor site down regulation)
cycling1-5years x by (1-1.2)
cycling 5-10years x by (1.2-1.5)
cycling 10-15years x by (1.5-2.?????)
I multiply by 1.5 and get around 1000mg/wk... aand it works everytime
I have been 1-2 cycle / year for 15 years and I NEVER go much above 1000mg / wk... I have tried it and I see nothing but increased side effects...

I'm at about 240 now so 240/2.2 is 109. 763 a week huh. I really over shot my bounds then with the 2400mg a week for my first 4 weeks. I was only at about 215 when I started to so that makes it even worse.
