My question is what to do after I finally complete my first cycle or any cycle for that matter? Is their any down time that you must have or can you simply switch to alternate ABS and continue as some would say down the dark path?
The reason I ask is because, some say for whatever you were on you must have off for the same amount of time. Then on the other hand some say that there is no need to do so.
Any help is appreciated,

I haven't finished the cycle yet. Started with test 250 at 500 mgs twice a week 2 weeks ago from this upcoming wed. Beginning this wednesday I will start deca inj at 400 mgs weekly. I was going to continue with the test until 12 week mark and quit deca 1 week prior to that. Or at least that was what my supplier suggested. If you have a better opinon on dosage or length of cycle it would be appreciated.
Also, I get what your sayin' about the time off.

Cycle looks good bro as far as time on=time off that is really based on your body. Some people never come off at all for that matter. If I were you I would wait atleast 6 weeks since your on a 12 week cycle and optimum would be waiting 12.
My only Q is why didn't you run the test and deca side by side from the beginning?Quote:

Hey consistency he already started the cycle so the deca will have to start in week 3. I thought that was weird too but its to late now.
