I'm in my PCR phase right now. I've been on clomid for a week and my last injection was three weeks ago. I'm planning on doing clomid for atleast two more weeks.
Spring is coming and I'm eager to get outside and run to burn some fat. How long should I wait before it'll be relatively safe to run w/out catabolizing lots of muscle? I'm planning on only losing about a pound or two per week once I start.
