When I go my Clomid my buddy gave me a bottle of Test prop. and said to run that w/ the clomid. So my question is: is it really nessesary? and if so how should it be run?
I have about 2 weeks before I start PCT. I was on Deca and Sust. for about 7 weeks and gained anout 20lbs.(thought the stats might help.) Thanks for any help.
It will be hard to recover if you use prop during pct.
Don't take any AS during PCT. PCT is used to get you natty test back up. If you stack it with prop it will do no good. This bro of yours needs to keep his oppinions to himself until he knows what he is talking about.
You did the right thing by asking before doing but you probably should have got some advice on that cycle before you started also.

He could have meant that you could run it up to PCT, since you will have to stop shootiung the Deca & Sust about three weeks beforehand. The Prop has a much shorter half life, and ytou will be able to maximize the last three weeks of your cycle, instead of allowing your blood levels slowly taper off. Yeah dont run with prop with the PCT! I think your buddy meant ro run prop after you deca and sust. Something like this:
wk 1-7 Deca
wk 1-7 Sust
wk 8-10 Test Prop 50-100mg ED (depending on how much sust you took)
start PCT 3 days after last test prop shot.

If he ran deca+sust he has a 3 week "waiting period" before starting PCT to let the deca flush out...
Running the prop for those 3 weeks would definetly be an asset and prevent hormonal crashing. I've run dbol at a low dose during the break before PCT and it really worked out well.
Obviously no gear should be run during PCT... kind of defeats the purpose big time.
