Hello everyone I just started my cycle last week here it is and what do yal think

Week 1-3 500mgs of test ethenate, Week4: 375mgs of test, Weeks5-12 or 13: 250mgs
Weeks 7-14 or maybe 15: 75mgs of fina eod
Weeks 9or10-14or15: 50mgs of winny eod
Weeks 1-pct 20 or 30mgs of nolvadex a day
pct: nolva/clomid

Why are you dropping the test down, are you frontloading?

I would keep the test at the same doseage to keep blood levels stable.

Also I would stop the fina 2 wks before the test,to aid in better recovery,and fina should be shot ed for best results.
Not sure what your saying about the winny.

yes since it is a cutter for me i was trying to frontload the test at 500mgs then stay at a dose of 250mgs a weeks. The reason is I have only done 2 cycles first was winny 50mgs eod with 1AD. Second was test at 375mgs a week. I am trying to stay at smaller doses. My bulkier in the winter will only be test at 500mgs a week.

You should just run the Enan at the same dosages through the cycle...... You will see better results if you run 500 or 400mg a week than 250mg a week. Also, don't run the fina out past your test you have a hard time recovering.


1 - 12 Enan 500mg
1 - 8 Fina 75mg ED
9 - 14 Winny 50mg ED
1 - 14 Nolva 10mg (if using Ldex) 20mg (if not using Ldex) ED
1 - 14 Ldex .25mg ED

Start PCT 1 day after last winny dose with clomid and nolva for 30 days

agree with mudman,,, the winny needs to be taken ED at 50mg instead of EOD and it works best if used for 6 weeks.The fina it needs to be taken ed b/w 50-75mg. You seem kinda unsure/ confused on what you want to do. Lay out the new cycle the way you are gonna do. It looks like you might need some more winny and fina though.
