Only 8 pounds!!???!!

I am at the end of my 4th week of sust e3d, and i have only gained about 8 pounds so far... :( i have been taking 50mg of proviron daily, along with nolvadex, so i knew my water gain was gonna be minimal, which is fine with me...but only 8 pounds???? Can i expect a big jump sometime soon here??? I know the long esters take a while to kick in, but its been 4 weeks, and i have been taking it e3d. Maybe i aint eatting enough calories. It isnt protein..i know for a fact i'm getting about 250 grams of protein a day...

any input

what did you expect? 8 lean pounds in 4 weeks is pretty good imo

i guess. i have just read about so many guys gaining 20-30lbs on this cycle...so just feel like i am coming up short. I have to admit tho that i feel great in the gym...crazy pumps and lots of strength gains...the **** scale aint tipping tho. I wanted to pack on as much mass as possible, cause i plan on cutting up in late march, early april; something i have never done, so i know i am going to lose a lot of weight...i have always been trying to gain as much weight as possible, cause i play football. but i will not be playing anymore, so want to cut now.

when i'm one a long acting test i see my best gains at around weeks 6 and 7.

thanks guys...made me feel soo much better i really like to go home from school in march at about 230-235...i hope i can get there..

where were you at before your cycle, 8 pounds lighter right? what i am saying is 8 is better than where you were at before
