First Time In The Quad
It was so easy. I thought it was going to be alot harder to do. It feels like it may be tender for a few days though is this normall?

Quads are my favorite place to inject. You will probobly be sore for a couple of days after the first time.

I used to love injecting into the quads until I injected prop. I couldn't walk for two days.

I get that with prop no matter where I inject.

Yeah this enan and EQ leaves me sore even in my glutes so I figured it would do the same in my quads.

just did a quad inj today of enanth. i still get sore the next day every time. sometimes it sucks because i have leg workouts the next day. i'm considering hitting the delts up. if i hit the delts, will it leave them sore as hell for a while? i don't want to inj in the delts and have it affect my workouts.

In my exp. , everytime I injected for the first time in a spot, it was sore for a while. But the next time it was fine. Just takes a lil gettin used to.
asain-IMO delts arent that bad. Of course they will be a little sore, but shouldnt affect your workout.

Quads are my fav. place to inject, you have the most control of it. although going in it seems to be a little more painful. The other day i injected and hit a nerve or something and my leg spazzed out and the need came right out and dug a line all the way across my quad. I am now back to the glutes after that happened

lol, sorry that sucks about the nerve. I personally love quad shots. Even so much to where my last 2 weeks I have hit the tear drop too. Gotta love the prop pain!

Look into bis or tris and chest. So it would be, delts, quads, butt, chest, and bis or tris. You could even use all of them and have a lot of time off for each body part.
