I have been off my cycle of 750mg of sustanon with ldex for over 4 months now. I did proper post cycle. But I had surgery latley and havent been able to train as much as I want and it looks like my nipples are a bit puffy, maybe Im just paranoid. But I was wondering what you guys would do, 20 to 40 mgs of nolva? And if I do 40 should I taper down to 20. Can I expect them to tighten up or the puffyness just subside?

i've never heard of gyno showing up so long after a cycle. since you have stopped working out, yu could just be putting on a lil fat. If you wanted to be on the safe side tho, a lil nolvadex never hurt any1. 80mg day 1. 60 day 2, then 40mg for a couple days after that
4 months is a while for it to show up but heard of it before, estrogen kickback varries per person, get on some liquidex
bro, id run some nolvadex at 40mg maybe even 60mg until some of your symptoms subside...MM
That is a long time but nolva never hurt anyone - except little old ladies who never eat calcium containing products or do any resistance training LOL
