My first cycle after 2.5 years......

Well boys after some help, I've decided on the following cycle. This will be my 3rd cycle however my first after a 2.5 year break.

wk 1-4: d-bol 40mg/day
wk 1-9: deca 400mg/wk
wk 1-10: sust 250mg every 3 days
post clomid therapy
nolvadex on hand

I've recently learned enanthate is the way to go however I already bought my sustanon before posting so i'm just gonna go with that. Sust every other day would be too much so i'm gonna go with every 3 days.

Any other suggestions?

Looks good bro, but you should run the deca till wk 10 with the sust. Then start PCT 3 weeks after your last deca/sust shot. Good Luck...

i wouldnt run pct till 3 weeks after last shot. some esters in sust are longer than the others

looks good, your right about the enanthate tho...
i would also run the test past the deca like you got it... helps with recovery.

Yeah I meant to say 3 weeks after last injection. I edited it now
