I thought I would through this out there for others to read as well DP.
Your resting heart rate is dirrectly associated with your Body temp as well. For example if your BT is say 97.0 and your HR was 65 bpm. If your temp was say 97.5 the next morning your HR would probably be around 60 bpm, also if your temp was 96.7 the next morning your temp would likely be around 69bpm...why the corrolation?...that's how your body deals with the stress, these are two good signs your body is giving you free of charge to warn you that your recovery is going well or not so well...and you need to make some adjustments to either your eating, resting, or training. Once you have this under control there's no reason why you can't maintain an optimal temp all the time day after day. Not to brag but, since i've been listening t0 my body...my temp clean (no AAS) is 97.6 everyday, and while i'm on gear it's at 98.1 all the time, however taking clen throws my body for a loop, I have a difficult time regulating my temp while on clen, no matter how i dose it. T3 I can keep it at any temp I want basically as long as i pay close attention to my resting temp.
I hope I haven't bored everybody to tears yet...
