    Question for the ppl

    Question for anyone willing to hhelp me out with a little sumthin....I'm just comming off my wrestling season and i want to get into some hardcore lifting. But, i'[m not quite sure what cycles to be doing or what to use while lifting. I was going to get a cycle of D-ball but ehh i have no idea what the hell i'm doin? So if u want to help me out it'd be appreciated

    brother at 17 and 135 lbs youdo NOT need to be juicing at all - youneed to be EATING - when you are putting 5, 000 calories a day in and 200 grams of protien, then you will grow with out juice just fine

    try to wait it off a little bit bro. You would probably lose all of the weight back off anyways when your sucking weight next season.
