i know this should be in the workout section but i wanted t opost here to get some more replies. I am doing a prop/fina/winny cycle (8week) from march6-may3. I have university football tryouts at the end of april so i wanted to schedule my training. i was planning to do a 4week overtraining for growth at the beginning since my main goal is quality size and strength. and then i am not sure what sort of routine to do in the weeks leading up to tryouts. maybe just extedn the routine until then, or swicth to westside... any suggestions??
