How about caloric content of your meals. I also take a couple cheat meals a week. I use to do whatever i wanted on sundays but now allow myself 2-4 cheat meals a week, whenever. Sometimes i burn 5-6000 thousand calories a day so i HAVE to have some cheat meals just to get the calories i need. Good luck.

I'll be looking forward to seeing your updates

As far as the diet is concerned...looks clean. Boring, but clean.

What i like to do best is figure out what time i will be eating each meal. Then i find out the exact macronutrients of each meal. For example, for breakfast i like to have (remember i am dieting right now) about 400 calories. 50gms protien. 50 carbs, mixture of complex and simple. trace fat. Then i can compile a number of meals that fit that catagory and then just eat whatever type of meal that i want.
