    Exclamation Deca on 1st cycle,step up on 2nd?

    Deca 500mg/wk for 10wks,good gains I want to step it up without getting too crazy with stacks.Would like to get 20lbs. or so. Had shoulder surg. in Sep.,6'3" 230.now can bench 85lbs. dumbbell,curl 50's my strength is coming back slowly.any help would be great, thx

    Ya deca only I was afraid of the test and the deca was infront of me and cheap, running anti-e through the cycle will cut down on gyno right?

    Only bromo will work. Deca by itself can be a hard cycle and most will recommend against it or run it with test.
