5'11'', 195lbs., 30 yrs.old, First Cycle, 4 years of serious training
Here is what I have decided on for my first cycle:
Week 1-4 Russian D-Bol 20mg. per day
Week 1-10 Sustanon 250mg. per week
Week 1-10 Test.Cyp 100mg. per week
Week 1-12 Nolvadex 10mg. per day
Week 12-14 Nolvadex 20mg. per day
Week 12-14 Clomid 300/100/50
So what do you all think? Will this give me a good 15-20 lbs. for a first cycle?
Why are you running sust and cyp
Why dont you just run Cyp at 500mg for 10 weeks instead of whatever it is your doing
I know that you are probably gonna say, "What are you running 2 types of Test for?
The reason is because I already had the Cyp. and I wanna use it up. Plus I don't think it will hurt to use the 2 of them together. All it will do is give me more Test....right?
Whether I used 400 of Cyp. OR I use 200 of Cyp. and 200 of Enan. Does it not make the same amount and give the same effects?
So your reasoning is just to throw it in cause you have it.......
First off sust needs be shot every 3rd day AT LEAST. because of the prop is out of you so fast you would be wasting it... Just do yourself a favor and either do 500mg of sust a week or Cyp
sust OR cyp!

but you could run the both together...it wouldnt be the best choice, IMO I would run the Cyp 500mg wkly and save the sus for another cycle, you may want to look into upping the dbol to 30mg istead of 20, a little light imo,
